My parcel reached destination on scheduled time but the Delivery partner never made an attempt to delivery. They have given an inappropriate statement and sent back the parcel. Unprofessional behaviour by the Duttapukur Team. Will suggest never send any parcel to this office it will be never delivered. Happening this with me for the 3rd time
Non profetional employee.even they can't address properly.they send my parcel another .No recovery intiated by them.there is fixed employee.everday employee change.they don't have any knowledge about courier.
