Had visited last yr aswell , customer service was outstanding, very prompt ,went again today ,but the service personnel a bunch of them , were least interested to attend ,just busy talking about there own office internal talks .will not go back to this mg road store again !
Had a horrible experience and the staff is not cordially at all. Went there to buy glasses but wanted to get the eye power checked as well. There are only 2 sales staff in the store, of which one is the optometrist. Waited for almost 40 mins before leaving. The guy was attending one customer the whole time. Asked the store manager, no response received.
I bought two new eyeglasses and when I check the quality AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, IN STORE both the eyeglasses was not checked by Quality team and i raise the complaint also and ticket number is 13616606 i dont know what is mentioned on this but as per the store manager he raised the concern. NOTE-- IMAGE TAKEN IN STORE ONLY. Please see the difference between the lenses both are new. Compare the images Attaching images also. Really shameful and too bad service.
Rohit Kumar Optometrist (Trainee) was very helpful in guiding me through the products. And he helped me choose two frames. Great service.
It's was nice experience..& one think I doing eye check up for first time it's really good to way doing eye test ... This person name is muskan verma.. she is well professionally..doing proper eyetest.. I relaly like them.. thank you muskan
