Fully surrounded by RTO agent and they try to charge you more with help of RTO officials. Everything is commission based. You can choose either a proper way which will cause you more time and lot of trouble or you can choose a bribe path via agent which will save a lot of time and no trouble at all. The nexus b/w RTO official and agents are so deep that they give clear preference to people who are introduced via agents. Worst Experience.
