One of the worst experience with a multinational and international bank. Firstly the Citibank app doesn't work out well, then despite the visit to the atm to the card and activate it, I am told by the guard to visit the bank. The gentleman manning the counter says that I should activate the card online. Whereas the SMS says app or online. Ridiculous! The toll free number doesn't work, keeps you in a loop. The Twitter handle doesn't respond to the tweet sent. On top of it the online site doesn't have anything about activating the card in FAQS.
