Just ok ok service. We don't get proper information once. We need to visit different days. Each day will get different different idea about one thing.. customer has to run here there. Pathetic service!!
Today I had an amazing experience I ever had before from any branches of SBI. It's from SBI Branch, Trissur, Ayodhya. At 13.00 hrs I came to this branch just to inqire about loan available for pensioners.Still I couldn't believe that the loan has been passed by 16.00 hrs. The officer in personal banking today, is a big asset for the Bank towards raising the good will of the bank.Superb service. Extremely happy to note it here.
Nobody is here to replace the staff who is on leave. If we ask any doubts, most of them are saying " I don't know" . It's very shameful response from the staff
There are some female trainees in the bank whom don't know how to behave to the customer. Dear Manager, please train them how to greet the customer first instead of rudely asking the customer job and all.
