The officials are really efficient. Have to say that i met the Secretary of Aerc and He is all in all a gentleman and a very efficient bureaucrat. The atmosphere of the office is really good and the staff is really friendly. The office deligently decipates it’s responsibilities. A five star rating for such a regulator.
