Ample amount of space for parking your car. Do not go on weekends as it maybe crowded. On weekdays it is mostly empty. The server sometimes goes down and takes 10-15mins to get functional. People are helpful.
I like to share my experience so that it would be helpful to citizen reaching here for any correction in birth/death certificate. I had very worst experience with birth/deth dept here in this ward office. Entry officer made huge mistake while adding name in birth certificate and rejected any help to trace back the mistake. During my visit there, they were blaming citizens for any issues in birth and death certificate. I left with no choice except escalation. If you are the one having same experience, don't waste time here and rather reach out to concerning head of department (which was luckily very helpful) and register a complaint. You can also register RTI, complaint on PMC care, PMO and Maharashtra state department.
I had an awesome experience for getting the birth certificate for my new born. Efficient and fast service. There is parking space as well for 2 wheelers.Thumbs up for a good experience
