Rubbish!! Never trust Guardian developers and their owner Manish Sabde. We booked a flat with Guardian Developers in the year 2017 in Pune - Cityscapes. Due to their brand name we trusted them and paid near to 50% of the flat cost at the time of booking with complete faith in them and at the assurance and as per agreement stating the possession to be given to us by Dec 2020. Today is dec 2021 and they say the flat won’t be ready until Dec 2022. It was our mistake we trusted them blindly. Now they have outsourced all services to Paranjpe builders. No one should ever book a flat with such untrustworthy people. They just know how to fool their customers!! Inspite of multiple reminder emails and queries they have never replied positively and not offered any compensation as well. Never ever trust them!
Feels cheated--trusted a friend who is the owner of realityroof- But he only played me for his commission. Don't go with any broker or agency thats what iv learnt.
There should be option of giving 0 or negative numbers. Guardian developers and builder does not deserve 1 rating also. I have booked flat in GEM 2016 and was assured of delivery by July 2018. Now we are at the end of this year, still unsure of possession. We have spent lot of time,energy to chase for completion but in vain. And many more things..... Long story short If you want to waste ur time,money - contact these guys. They will surely help you.
Guardian eastern meadows project is delayed too much. Development is going on at snail's speed. Feeling fustrated with this builder. Every 4-5 months new deadlines innovative lies. Builder is testing our patience.
Very bad Experience with Guardian developers. I booked flat at Eastern medows, KHARADI. In 2016. Possession date was September 2018. Today is January 2020, but still project is incomplete state. Builder giving false promises and lier. Don't even book flat in project launched by Guardian developers.
