Rude staff, extreme delays in getting the room (some of our guests hadn't gotten a room till 1pm! When we did, they were lacking in personal accessories in rooms like towels, toiletries. Power socket was not working for one of the rooms, called housekeeping and they blamed it on the plug - which was working fine in every other hotel till now. Would not recommend for your stay.
It’s always a great stay at Grand Imperial. The hospitality is excellent and all the staff here are very helpful. It’s near to Mahakaal temple. Thank you team Imperial for over exceeding the expectations every time.
Worst property I have ever visited till now . We have Booked this property For 2 days for my niece wedding and the behaviour of the staff and the hotel owner is so rude and unprofessional. Guests have to wait at reception for 3/4 hrs. Poor strength of housekeeping staff. Their are no services for the wedding guest in room like toiletries , tea pot , Walt and specially they refused us to change the Bedsheet and toiletries for wedding guest . I just recommend not to book this property .

Imperial Hotel is the best place to stay when visiting ujjain. It is around 1 kilometere from mahakal and has luxurious and clean, hygienic rooms. Good service with well behaved staff. It is a great choice for wedding functions as well.
