USELESS AND WORST SERVICES. Only the order processing is fast and everything else is worst. Strongly advise buyers not to use wakefit..
I ordered mattress on 25th of December it’s been around 15 days I haven’t received my mattress every morning I receive that I’ll be receiving my mattress by end of the day. I wait for it but at the end sorry we can’t deliver your product today your product will be delivered as soon as possible. Why is that you guys really need to work on your service it’s really disgusting. Do you really want to deliver it or not? I escalated the issue as well deliver this product today but unki today to aa hi nhi rhi. And I’m not gonna order anything from wakefit website I’m sorry the service is really pathetic now I realized why people order mattress from Amazon instead of wakefit. Just because of delivery partners wakefit will have to pay huhhhh. Disgusting service and also there is no track nothing you can’t even track where is your product when you’ll be receiving it nothing there’s no information. I’m sorry but please work on your service. Respect others time as well someone is waiting for their product.
I have placed my order for Wakefit Severus Medium Back Office Chair, 20 Pc on dated 24th of Dec 2021, my order id is ORDER202112FuK8y6 and made advance payment of INR 109124/- after the sales person confirmed that they will deliver the materials within 12-15 days of payment. Till 10th of Jan 2022, company has not even dispatched the materials and on contacting the customer care number they said that estimated time of delivery of 24th of Jan now. The company is fraud and they don't care for client. Once they receive the payment, they go to sleep until the client start making follow up regarding their product delivery. Very disappointed with the pathetic experience dealing with such unprofessional company. Please beware of the commitments made by these frauds, they are not trustworthy.
I had ordered this Bed from their website on 4th October during the Diwali sale. The estimated delivery date was 19th Oct. On 19th Oct when it did not get delivered I checked the Track window and to my surprise, it was now 28th October. When it did not get delivered on 28th either, I again checked the track window and to my shock now it went back to Order Processing and it has been stuck there ever since. Contacted Customer support, they told me that it will get delivered within 48-72 hours. It is 10th November today and I have been hearing the same response from Customer support ever since. I request an update after 48 hours, I receive the same robotic response. Unless you want your money to get stuck, I would recommend that you buy your furniture from those who specialize in furniture production. I had recommended a few of my friends to buy from Wakefit, but now after this infuriating experience, I will tell them not to. You may check the internet, you will find that I am not the only one experiencing this.
No responsibility or accountability, placed order of n 28th October, yet to be delivered on n followup they told me to wait for one more month. Such sad state,don't make promises you can't keep and don't take orders you can't fullfill
