Very bad behaviour ,by the head office staff,
This place is situated near to nagar palika .. one has to walk 100 MTR north to reach here ... It offers many facilities. Post office atm is also present at this place. One can do reservation as well ....
It's the largest post office in the whole pithoragarh and probably the head post of champawat as well.The staff is very nice and cooperating.The infrastructure as well it's location is quite good.It does have a post-office atm outside its office.All services including sped post,money deposit,account opening are done here very smoothly.
Very bad customer service staff . didn't pick call . Parcel Delivery time is very late. And parcel send incorrect address .many times .
