To start with, it's a government hospital which means you don't have to pay any money for the treatment nor the medicine. Instructions are not clear enough for people who are visiting the place for the first time. It's a big campus and awfully crowded all 365 days of the year. You'll have register yourself first as soon your enter. You'll have to tell them why you are here and they'll give you a sheet with the room number mentioned had you'll have to go there to meet your doctor. You'll have to stand in queue everywhere. Once you meet your doctor he'll give you the prescription and the pharmacy is in the ground floor you can go and collect your medicine for free. They do perform all major and minor operations here but they are not equipped with high end technology and tools. It's government hospital and it's always outdated. If you are getting a surgery/operation here and if you had to stay in the hospital for a couple of days then get ready pay for all the nurse and house keeping staff. You need to pay them for every thing, money, money and money. Have some cash with you in handy or it's gonna be tough. Parking is bit of problem since the place is heavily crowded. Pay and use restrooms are available in the campus and there no hotel inside the campus. You'll have to get your food from outside.
I had very bad experience by visiting this hospital. Never ever want to visit again in my life. I don't believe being in so much good Profession how can any one behave like this. Doctor's, nurses, and every staff all r too lazy , don't even care for pain of the patient. Need to wait for longer time for consultation also. The staff ask money for everything. If we ask for queries they send us from one person to another. Waited for whole day sitting outside just for consultation. The staff is so rude they don't even know how to speak with the patients and there family members. I suggest people not to visit to this worst hospital for any reasons.

Worst hospitality, very careless nurse, should pay money everytime for everything to take care of the patient to everyone starting from security to cleaning staff. They don't even care ICU patients properly and follow very strict rules for name sake with security. Worst experience I ever had. I would like to give 0 ⭐, for no option I'm giving one...
Worst hospital staffs beg for money 24hours and they wont take wat we give they ask for a fixed money that they have decided. for delivery its free in online but they asked us to pay for everything..for admission to discharge we shud pay and cleaners we shud pay for hot water to clean our space and in OT 1stupid old man will assist very badly and he also took 1000rs to give baby to my husband and all male training candidates are allowed to delivery wards for training very bad hospital I never want to step there for anything
