Old Tehsil of Rewa district. But in development perspective it's fail to grow. Various new town near by like Semariya and Baikunthpur is more developing presently. Chachai and Kyoti water fall near by tourist spot. District office Rewa connection is very well in here. Punjab national Bank, Union Bank, Madhyanchal Grameen Bank provide banking facility in the town. Semi Government College and Government school situated here
There is lack of proper arrangements. & it can be better it is place where around 400 to 500 people daily so that every thing should be systemic is required
