Great place to stay in Bangalore, super friendly staff, and the restaurant B Cafe is lovely too. Quite big and well managed. It is located in one of the nicer places in Bangalore and not too far from the major attractions of the city. Definitely one of the better hotels in town, would love to recommend checking in here. It's quite big as well, and they have great distractions for kids in restaurant with ball pits, bouncy castles, toys, and whatnot. So you can definitely get a minute's worth of peace while you eat. All in all, a great place to stay with friends or family.
I have checked in hotel for 3 Days. The ambiance was good and staff also was friendly. I’ve visited all the restaurants. In morning breakfast restaurant was busy and the food was good. V had lots of enjoyed. Room service was good. One of the best 5star hotel I have ever visited. All necessary things they provided. I’ll definitely give it 5star rank.
The stay was excellent, had a great experience. The staff also respond real quick. Also the presidential suite was amazing and super luxurious. Loved the room as it was super comfy and also the washroom and everything was clean. I just thought there was some weird smell in the hallway and also in the room exactly the bed area. Probably it was the carpet or something and I am sure they'll figure this out and sort it out soon. Overall experience was fabulous.
We had lunch at the Chinese restaurant. The so called Virgin hot toddy was just plain hot water with lime n cinnamon stick. The pork chops were absolutely dry. No gravy or any kind of sauce to go with the pork chops. Rest of meal was good
I felt very comfortable. The service was excellent. The large room was always clean. The cleaners also took care of our well-being. We were treated very well by the staff at the Horizon Club. The concierge was great. I can only recommend this hotel and would visit it again and again.
