Helpdesk managing the COVID-19 vaccination registrations is very rude. She is from some NGO and is not aware of the basic protocols. People walking in for vaccination are not being assisted and when people are frustrated, she is asking them to leave. Don't need such volunteers who come with attitude problems. UPHC Staff is good. They did their job efficiently.
