I'm defence personal & I would have given negative rating but there is no option for it.. staff over here is non co-operative and irrelevant.. administrative officer (lady) Mallikarjuna she dnt know how to talk to a citizen of india that too defence officer.. she is so arrogant and dnt have any courtesy.. if this is how government officials treat to a defence personal then how would they behave with civilians of our country..
