Worst experience and worst staff ever!! Works like tortoise and behaviour is also very rude... don't go if you have any urgent work because they going to take 3 hours to do even a simple task.

Tips for applying for any concern: 1. Keep a lead time of minimum 1 month for your concern, because 'sarkari daftar'... 2. Official working hours: 10:30 AM to 5 PM. 3. For meeting a zonal officer, come between 4:30 and 6:30 PM. 4. Aadhar related work is performed in token numbers which are advance booked to 40 days. 5. You can download and print forms from the smc website to avoid charges paid at the office (50₹ for one sheet of paper 🤦🏻♂️). 6. Always read the deadline timings for certain application processes. If the work is not done before the deadline, file an online complaint. 7. Take a bike there. Thank me later**.
