Worst hospital. - Staff taking Cardiogram there are untrained. Looks like helpers with no medical knowledge. - 2 Doctors there would give you different opinions at the same time. - They would suggest few reports unnecessarily and that too at an unheard Pathology lab, whose reports would turn out to be Fake. - Doctors there would make you fear by saying that patient might need to get admitted, even when patient is in normal condition. Avoid this hospital at all costs.
I was admitted as COVID 19 patient at this hospital. I was treated with utmost care, concern, competence, and compassion for five days. I am very happy with their clinical as well as non-clinical services. The staff is courteous and well-behaved and treat the patients nicely. All my concerns regarding treatment, food, stay, and other necessary arrangements were addressed to my satisfaction. The stay was delightful and alleviated all my fears of hospitalization. The billing was quick and payment were online. The processing of documents for health insurance was also done smoothly. I thank all the staff members - clinical, para-clinical, non-clinical, and administrative - for making my treatment successful and stay comfortable.
The hospital charge extrac rupees by the name of service charge..which is illegal ....and not cover in Mediclaim...the take your 10 %of your cashless amount..and not refund the same even after two months....and tells that insurance company is not giving money which is not true ....very bad and and misbehaving accountant staff...if there is another option to give minus rating I will give that....don't go to this hospital...there are many others hospital in Ahmedabad...go to there ...I will prefure to go in government hospitals but not in to this ...they are such a same less people...who take extra money in the name of service charge...which is a extra burdone to the patient family.....and I don't understand stand what extra service charge they are asking for we already pay room charge , hospital equipment charge... doctors fee ... medicine charge then what is this extra service charge...you should shame on you guys..you all...like account staff directors and all ...I will take this to the mediacal association...and to the consumer court ...even though I will not win against you...but will make sure to make it maximum viral in media...
