It's one of the best budget friendly private hospitals. My friend had to undergo gall stones surgery and she was happy after the procedure. The doctors name was Pratul Raj Gupta, he was calm and composed and was very friendly. He helped sooth the mental anxiety of my friend before she underwent the surgery. The cost here is not too high like other private hospitals. They have a dispensary right inside the hospital venue.

Experience from my case the Pediatric and Maternity department of this hospital are not up to date. Their doctors are White Collar Dacoits. I should not prefer anyone to go their. My newborn Nephew was treated unprofessionally and when they are not able to operate they just refer the case to other hospitals at very critical condition. The behavior of the staff and Doctors were rude. They are not providing the care instead they are just making money.
I lost my father in this hospital due to negligence of icu staff and doctors. First two days he was doing well suddenly they informed me that patients is critical condition. How kidney can fail when you are doing treatment for liver. I curse everyone responsible for death of my father They must have to bear the 100000000 times more pain as I am currently going through. My elder sister wedding was planned on 5 Feb 2021. All dreams shattered now. My mother and family members are hopeless, not sure why we should live now. It was my lifetime mistake that I believed in doctor and admitted my father in this hospital. I strongly advise everyone to never visit this hospital instead go to Sahara or medanta.
Experience of getting vaccinated at Nova Hospital was great and very convenient. Me and my mother without any hassle received our second dose of the vaccine. Vaccine was given to us by Ms. Preeti who was very polite and informed us about the precautions to be taken before and after the vaccine. I appreciate the staff of Nova hospital and look forward for their future services.
