Here Prime Minister Modi is asking civilians to go get the vaccine jab, and in UPSC Naka..they are not ready toh provide you with the vaccine if you are 18 above. Strange! I did not face this behavior during my first vaccine in civil hospital The workers here seem not concerned about anyones time while they discuss personal matters
