Good ambiance, there is lift & wheelchair service which was very helpful for my grandfather. Doctor spends a good amount of time with patients, he attends patients with 3 different consultation room, moves around with lot of energy Staff and services was very good.The total response of staff was very good.
Very poor service, no Covid protocol followed. Infact unhygienic place. Staff was shabby inspite of insisting multiple time not ready to wear mask. Most importantly the charges are very high. You can get better service at near Kanva diagnostic, Nagarbhavi with 25% less cost and 500% more hygienic, will organized and educated staff. I would suggest to check for prices and kanva before you book your appointment here.
Worst experience. No one responding properly after amount paid. After we calling them only they were saying shortage of blood and they cant process the test. They were asked us give the blood again.
When Arathi Diagnostics bailed on my RT-PCR home collection. Megha from Parvva came to my rescue, as I had just 2 days before my travel, I was in a near state of panic. Megha went above and beyond and assisted me despite Navratri holidays and got my needs fulfilled. Report was sent to me promptly at 5:30 pm as promised and the follow ups from Megha was on time and frequent. I would highly recommend their services!
Home collection people are not trained please avoid this lab as much as possible.Only as last resort you can can consider going here
