I had given the birth certificate here for name inclusion and they took 5 months to do the work. They give you time and date to come one day and they give you other time and date to come some other day ..They say internet is not working .. They say systems are down and all such made up stuff. When go down there finally hoping to get your certificate they make you wait for an hour and then make you pay 100rs to give the certificate.
