Stopped over for a short meeting over a cup of tea. The place was very neat and clean. The service was quick. Tea was good.
Hotal shivalik is good for night stay. But I feel executive room is small wash room have less space in this amount its around 3k. . But in room no tea making products & kettle , in bathroom no daily use products available. After call to reception they provide me but question is before giving room to your costumer complete your room. Complementary breakfast quality is not too good want to work on menu and improve quality. If u go in other cities in and stay in other hotel in this price they provide more much better room with good Hotel clean ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Room space ⭐⭐⭐ Breakfast ⭐⭐ Staff behaviour ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I would like to give this hotel -7 star. They don't even give hot water facilities. Hotel staff service is too bed they don't even they don't pick up the phone. It's so much costly compare to best hotel. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I wish this review show higher management and they read in front of there staff to give some good service.
It looks nice at a glance.. but rooms are very small. Room service is also not at par. No running hot water was available, when I asked for they gave me two balti hot water. Breakfast options are also very limited. They don't serve omlets also.
The staff is well behaved, and they're quite helpful, although I've just visited them for an Ilets exam.
