Last month, having visited a host of other showrooms on Mysore Road stretch, we casually walked into the Blue Hyundai showroom quite late on a Sunday evening. At that point, we just wanted to complete a checklist of all showrooms and honestly didn't even have a Hyundai purchase on mind. The staff were polite none more than Ms. Kanya whom we interacted with initially. She happily explained us different features as well as cars that suit our budget & need. We negotiated for a fair deal (amplified due to ongoing festival discounts) as well as delivery timeline. Over the next ~20 days, Ms. Kanya & her team constantly kept me updated on financing, paperwork and other formalities and arranged the vehicle bang on time. Yesterday, we received the same amidst surprise celebrations & entire family in tow.
