Worst courier service. If you’re ordering anything from Flipkart, Amazon or any online shopping website and if ecom express is delivering that product then please cancel it . They won’t deliver your product in the promised timeframe. They will make you wait long enough . Even they do not attempt to deliver the product or send text message about delivery information and return it back to the seller and give silly reason that phone was not reachable . I repeat, just cancel your order if Ecom express is delivering your product.
