Dr Bhojaraj is really good, don't jump into conclusion based on the waiting time., He spends time in physical examination., The people at front desk and the staff who recieve the call are very rude. All i can say is take doc's personal contact no and stay connected to him., Apart from any emergency, it's worth waiting for the doctor ignoring the staffs attitude.
Treatment is good child paediatrician is also good but waiting time is so much atleast 2 to 3 hours with kids its very difficult to wait
Manasa Hospital is worst than Government Hospital.There hospitality is not There With Front office Executive she is not response 🚨emergency time asking for appointment.( Dr Bojaraj is good gesture when we visit last time we thank him Thank you sir)
This hospital treatment very well,but when we will get appointment we must follow 3 step,one is phone call,and morning 9am take a token,and reciepetionist give appointment timings 1-30 pm,but that time doctor not available,so we must wait for 2 - 4 hours,so guys when you going to this hospital please take confirm doctors availeblity,if you are not confirm,yours time waste.
Very bad and poor management, they don’t know the meaning of appointment, we get appointment at 11:30 or 12 pm and still wait upto 2 pm for baby’s treatment, they should understand that they are babies who are waiting for 2 - 3 hours, already they are suffering from illness, we came here and our 2 yrs old boy got too hungry, waiting for that long, we had no choice and dint want to eat outside also … they are too arrogant and are too too unorganised
