It's pathetic service old doctors ,there is no sense to care of patience,Neelam nag Dr she is very roudh face and not listening any body I would suggest to fired this lady and room number 14 lady is sitting ,Ms sushma is not giving any service for customer,I was standing further 2hours in que ,no response,this lady would also terminated as soon as possible.
This is the ESIC dispensary Before going there please confirm that your ESIC card is linked to this branch and the Aadhar of all your family members is linked to your ESIC. Also for refer patient's presence is a must. Sometimes they do not have all the medicines then they would ask you to come some another day. But keep in mind that your prescription is valid for only 7 days after that you have to consult doctor again. So, get your medicine within 7 days.
Process is too old and Not upgrade the system process Dr. is very lazy, I am also going after transfer letter of ESIC Hospital and on the transfer letter stamp was proper but Dispensary Doctor Say that Stamp is not proper on the tranfer . this is buttom on the paper. pz. stamp proper on above the transfer. from one week i am runing from Okhla To Dispensary. this is reson that more then people does not want use the ESIC .
