I went for baby immunization last month in November they said come next month in December. I went there this month waited there for 1hour. And when I went inside one northeast staff was there she took all my details my name husband name address and did all the entries in their register and after that she return my card and simply said that it is not available. Aap bahar se laga lo... Then why the hell she took my details and did the entries in her register??? Just to keep the record of daily wise and to show that they are working. As a mother I had some queries and concern so I asked some questions to her but she was not interested to answer it she was so rude and not explaining properly she was just trying to ignore me. My baby is taking vaccines from last 1 year in the same dispensary before the staffs were all good but this time I felt very bad the staffs are very very worst... Please take strict action against her so that any other mother shouldn't face this situation...

The Opening time here is 8am but the working is after 9am, very old building ( dispensary) anytime it can collapse ,no proper facilities for lab like blood test and X-RAY. Even mohalla clinic is better than this. Very unhygienic. No proper medication and the staff is so careless. The medicines are limited here and sometimes unavailable. No parking. No emergency treatment. No nearby government hospital. Govt can reconstruct this building and make good small hospital which is needed for 24x7 in this area also good space available here. Hope you will check and do the needful ASAP.
