A small primary Health Sub-Centre of Health Department, Government of Tripura established in Uttar (North) Champamura Gram Panchayat under Old Agartala Rural Development Block of West Tripura District of Tripura to serve the local people of the area, specially they provide pulse polio to kids as well as run immunization programme.
