I was Postmaster of Mandi Head Post office from 2015 to 2018. Very charming place. Very lovely. Unforgettable days spent there.
SB counter work & behavior not good for customers. What a shame !
The indian post department is one of most largest government authority. And this body provides alot of employment. But the thing That makes sad about every single department runs under government Authorization works very merely. Those who work under these bodies 7/10 are ineligible and don't know that how to work efficiently and fail to provide their 100% to the job. Infact some of the employee Don't even wants to work. But fortunately in India post department in Mandi district works properly and efficiently
