Did an arthroscopic repair for my relative. Medical staff are well professional and do their work and explain things. But support staff behavior from Insurance to front office and pharmacy needs improvement and be more courteous in their behavior to patients and attenders. Additional note : Lots of mosquitoes in room , even though general cleanliness is good. please carry a mosquito bat in handy if allergic to repellents.
One of the worst hospitals, I have come across my life... I was recommended to see Dr.BRJ Satish Kumar by the physiotherapist for my back pain. This back pain was very sudden from yesterday and I had been in pain killers. First and foremost thing for any hospital to check if a person is coming for emergency or just normal check-up. The staff did not have any empathy... They were just following procedures and was focussing only on getting a file done. Also, they took weight height BP and saturation levels. Not sure for what? When a person is suffering from excruciating pain... They did this outside at the reception... I don't understand for what? First they asked Rs.300 as consultation and file charges... I Paid. And then waited for almost an hour with very severe pain... No care, nobody to assist and the only reply was "they will call you". I think BRJ needs to train staff more efficiently to assess the needs of the patient and not just be mechanical robots... Please visit at your own risk... Having a five star hotel like facility is a last thing a patient expects .. what is important is proper care... Perhaps, lot of others might have given good rating... This is my brutally honest feedback! All the best BRJ! You will thrive
Would not recommend for handing Pediatric fractures. I had to re-do a pediaric orthopedician consultation and casting in Ganga Hospital again to cover up their poor casting (POP) and poor communication on next steps for the baby. On another occasion, despite having only a duty doctor attending the patient, the team charged for orthopedecian consultation. Which usually happens after the duty doctor consult.
For Covid-19 patients, they don't providing a proper treatment for it.
We have admitted my mom for coughing issues, but they did useless checking which means kidney scan... my mother has good kidney functions, but they told us she had a heart attack, and kidney problems and etc...... We are spending more money only for scanning and testing, but we didn't get any proper treatment for her..... please don't go there and the way of speaking to the patient's relative is very rude and they scared us
