The guy who is supposed to give TB medication to patients is under DOT is lazy and does not come in time. Some times patient gets medicine at 8,:30am and some time at 11am or12 noon. This discourages poor patients from taking benefit of DOT scheme and are forced to buy medicines from market or stop the TB treatment which can be very dangerous. Please take steps to ensure punctuality of staff.
There were almost no rush during early hours,the treatment is fabulous and the doctors are well trained sufficient space for parking and wheelchair accessible entrance

Doctors are good but other working staff are too lazy and doesn't respond properly to patients Hope there should be a strict inspection for this lazy staff
