The Doctor is Good, However the way they force you to purchase their packages is very bad. They feel very bad and you will be treated differently if you ask for only required lab tests instead of package. For us they suggested couple of tests as we already did all the other required tests in another lab. However the reports were not ready at the time of Doc consultation and they told Doc will call you and update once reports are available. However after a week i called for report and i got it in mail, Now i dont know report is normal or not as Doc didnt talked to me over the phone and i need to go to Clinic for the same. Please don't downgrade the service level and respect towards Doc and Apollo Clinic Padmanabha Nagar. I know Doc and Clinic since last 3 years but this time they are completely different. I called the Apollo call center but not got any good response from them.
The treatment is really good. The atmosphere created is good as well. Doctor does give us minimum knowledge about the things to be carried on. Very gud experience.
Good experience with the clinic. Faculty are very friendly.. Been visiting from past 2 years. Doctor is expertise in the field.. following his medications seems to be perfect
Worst hospital ever! Their only priority is MONEY! I took my mother to get a consultation for diabetes. She had to undergo tooth extraction so we needed to consult a doctor before that. The first thing they did was to take us inside a room and try to sell us a yearly package. Didn't even ask us why we were there? I said my mother is from another state so we cannot take this as of now. We just wanted to consult the doctor. But they were convincing us to take this plan suggesting the doctor would do video consultation wherever we were. Then another person came and tried to sell us the same package again. Finally, I went out and asked another person incharge and he said that we have to take some three or four tests before consulting the doctor. I said first let us consult the doctor. He replied our doctor won't consult without these tests. The doctor still hasn't reached the hospital at that time. I asked I took this appointment for 11am and it is 11.40 now where is he? They said he will take some more time to reach. I had to cancel the appointment and leave the hospital.
It was tough to manage diabetes and wanted a good doctor to help me reduce Hba1c. I did some research on net and found Dr.Balaji. The reviews of the clinic and the doctor was good and decided to visit the place. It's been 3 years now and have been very much satisfied with the doctor and the service provided by the clinic. Everyone is very cordial and very helpful. My diabetes is under control and am ever grateful to the staff of Apollo sugar clinic and Dr.Balaji.
