This hospital is one of the best hospitals in shillong it have all the modern technology for preventing their patients the doctors and nurses are so well trained it is properly clean and sanitized everywhere the rooms for general or private are so highly classified in clean the service they provide to their patient is very good
Maintainance, cleanliness is probably one of the best in this area. Staff members are really friendly. Good infrastructure. For me navigation from department to department is really important and this hospital has a fluent signboards where you will not have any problems identifying departments. Apart from that is has canteens, toilets/restrooms which are well maintained.
They deserve zero star... worst worst worst hospital.. dont ever take you loved ones to this hospital.. these people arnt there to cure patient they are there to make high bills and trouble people.... and the staffs and nurses out there you guys really need to learn some manners... having a certificate is not enough.. learn some good way of talking... the attendant of the patient might be going through a lots of things.. they are not there to see your tantrums.... your karma will definitely hit you back soon..
