Excruciatingly slow service. Poor time management. Takes 3-4 hours for conducting most basic tests. Totally mismanaged.
I went for the Covid test RT PCR in Apollo hospital Aundh on Friday and was informed to get report via mail by Sunday or by Monday for sure, but it seems that the medical facility over here is not serious about the current conditions. I am experiencing some Covid symptoms and wanted to get tested for assurance, but today is Tuesday and did not receive report yet....hope they understood the severity of it...struggling and contacting customer care...truly disappointed by the service
No punctuality. Went to take vaccine but delayed for 1 hour.Worst hospital ever.
Worst place and service. When I went, their X- Ray not working, doctor not available for TMT, they don't follow queue, just push whoever speeds them up. Worst of all, before I was completing my sonography, another patient was rushed in to the bed. The place is very small and I don't see strict adherence to COVID norms and regular sanitization. There is only one toilet for patients ( both men and women)
Good experienced staff. Hygiene and well maintained. Toufiq Shiakh has helped a lot in the tests.
