We had our Vaccine slot booked at Rainbow Children's Hospital. The management made a systematic arrangements for the vaccination. The staff was extremely kind in answering our queries related to the vaccine. The hospital is clean with lots of parking space. They even made arrangements for water and snacks. I would like to thank one person in particular Mr.Manoj for his kind and quick response. I would definitely recommend this hospital for its service and hygiene.
Good infrastructure. Needs more maintenance. In suite rooms, AC didn't work properly and second room also same problem. Doctors are friendly but discharge instructions are not properly given. Some nurses are to be trained better in communication skills. Some are fantastic. Rainbow brand should be seen across all staff. Needs improvement. Don't bend to patient or attendants wishes but give best treatment possible Lot of scope of improvement All the best

It's a good at ambience and hospital is being sanitised very often and They treated Very well. they will maintain the best quality of the care for kids and before starting the treatment for each and every medication they will talk to the attendants regarding their medications and patients condition after getting a positive response from attendants then only doctors will start the treatment. Financial counselling will be done in regular basis and dietitian will provide the meal schedule for the day. Even nursing staff and doctor Yeswanth is having more enough patience to handle kids in a very well being manner. I am very impressed and super happy for their treatment. Now my kid is doing a very good Their monitoring systems are also very crisp and clear. They will clear explain all the reports as well.
