The worst part of this bank is that whenever you deposited your money at this ICICI BANK Keishampat Branch, it will take hours to get it credited to your account. As a home branch customer, I have been visiting this bank frequently and they didn't provide us quality services. The number of staffs are comparatively less as compared to other banks like HDFC etc. I wouldn't suggest you to visit this branch if you seek for urgent quality service. However, the only best part of this bank is the BRAND that's ICICI Bank which is one of the best private sector in India.
Worst customer service, rude employees, no professional ethics. Not up to the standard.
The man on left side desk who was on January 11 2018 2:30 pm was little rude by not responding to our request and questions. He was busy on phone and stare at us like a drunk man who was ready to assault. I was so fume but didn't do anything because my brother was with me. Need to teach that guy a lesson.
At present, ATM is working properly.
