Went to remove foreign objects in the eyes. Dr. Jhanvi explained the problem clearly. Did an excellent job and removed the foreign object from the eyes. Satisfied with the treatment.
They are looting people by taking extra amount for vaccination. COWIN app shows Rs 780/- for the dosage and this hospital collects Rs.800/- per person. When questioned for the same Mr.Chari, General Manager says the hospital is spending on transportation and hence charging extra from the person who's taking the vaccination. Please see the difference between the bills. They give a hand written bill without any GST number on it. When asked why the bill doesn't have GST they write it in the bill and give the same bill. Isn't it looting the people? To add to all the above, I had gone there for my mother's (72yrs) vaccination. My mom wanted to use washroom after the vaccination, they said the washroom is not accessible for people who come for vaccination. Such disgusting service and arrogant staff. Never ever have seen such pathetic service from a hospital.
Experience with doctor was good. But for minor issues and allergies, we can avoid this place. Medicines in Pharmacy is charged at full. They don't give the bills! They avoid or unnecessary delay giving bill for the same. Had this experience twice in 2 weeks.
This is right place to do Cataract surgery , my father done his right eye cataract surgery a week ago and results are overwhelming we are here again today for left eye cataract surgery .. Dr Alok and his team is doing fabulous job and hospital is equipped with all modern facilities what we need for eye surgery. In terms of hospital fees they are not charging much compair to other hospital.
Theft hospital...One of the worst hospitals I've visited. I had been for vaccination for mom and lost my wallet in reception. But management failed to help me and they said the CC camera in the hospital is not working. And they said they reach me for the resolution but no one till date called, its almost one week. I spoke to the Head of the management , but even he was never took any action. Please never trust there staff and I will never recommend this hospital.. Worst faculty and Worst ever management.
