A hospital which has friendly staff. Your treatment will get done at a very cheap rate. It has very limited departments. The hospital building does need plenty of upgrading. The canteen is not upto the mark.
More like a primary care hospital. Old, dirty, badly in need of a painting and washing. Doctors does are not punctual and nurses while away their time chatting.
