Hospital ambience and environment is too good. All the medical and non medical staffs are friendly and took care of every small thing. I didn't feel like I'm at hospital. Dr. Sunita Reddy is excellent at her work. She explains very well and with patience. she is very kind and generous. She takes out the time for patient. I would highly recommend her. Thanks Mam and whole hospital Team.
After several dissapointing visits, I am concluding that the hospital staff, accountants, co-ordination is quite concerning and a major problem. This has by far been our worst experience and I would sincerely request you to double think before choosing this hospital, specifically for its services. This is not what you want to deal with when your mental state and energy is needed to attend to your family and child birth.
I had visited this hospital on 3rd June for my wife's Covid vaccination. Post vaccination they had asked to wait in basement of the building (car parking) for "observation". (Seriously??) As we went there there was no one to "observe". No emergency personnel or medicines. What if any untoward incident happens? How are you going to manage it? When you are charging 950/- for single dose of vaccine can't you provide a decent set-up for vaccination with proper facilities?? I hope the hospital looks into this matter seriously.!!
Went to Rainbow Children Hospital for covid vaccination. Very happy with the way it was organized. Very neatly maintained. The front desk team were very professional in handling and coordinating and making it easy for everyone.
Good hospitality. Friendly doctor. They mostly prefer for normal delivery. On the whole great experience.
