Pathetic. On one of the staff member reaches to dispensary on time. But they all know the exact time to leave. 90% of the staff is rude and unprofessional. Zero efficiency of working. At a time, one doctor is attending 20 patients and another one is sitting ideal. Best place to work, if you have approach in politics and you can get a job here.
The CMO of the dispensary is very rude and non cooperative. A doctor that too head of a dispensary should be polite, cheerful and cooperative to general public but she really lacks these qualities. She doesn’t want to take responsibilities and manage the things. Once you talk to her and you will never want to visit this dispensary, which is located at a very nice location.
The compounder and administration staff dealing with reimbursement of medical claims needs to be polite to people.
Following are suggested to held improve the quality of services : 1. The staff manning the counters at registration, medicine distribution should be more courteous and cooperative 2. There must be a system of issuing tokens bearing no. of each visitor for each of the doctor assigned. 3. If possible, the token no should be displayed on electronic board doctor wise. 4. The doctors should conduct themselves in such a manner as if they are attending patients who deserve empathy and not like the conductors in DTC bus. 5. The time for tea/snacks/breaks by the doctors must be prominently displayed so that the waiting patients are not inconvenienced. 6. Proper and adequate sitting arrangements must be made so that the senior citizens and serious patients can comfortably wait for their turn 7. The doctors must wear a cheerful look while attending the patients.
