If they would have been attending your patient as many times at they call you for money then the situation have been good. Healthword is a hospital were maximum deaths are happening. All the positive reviews that you see in their name are employees of the hospital. You can check that out over social media. It's a humble request to the management of the hospital to improve the ICU services. I lost my near one to your hospitals negligence and lies. You ICU staff is not taking any care and are giving wrong information to families when they call for information.

In this hospital many specialities doctors are availlable and very good in patient caring but it's too costly.

Staffs were extremely helpful. Went for some test and it was done with proper care and professional manner. Even I have reported some discrepancy w.r.t data issues in the report and that has been corrected in proactive manner. Hence overall experience was good.
