Really horrible management. There is no sense of an appointment or a wait line. You just have to wait hours to get your spot. If you step out for a min that spot is gone. There is no semblance of social distancing anywhere or even the fact that any such system exists. I can understand during normal times but this is not. Seriously disappointing experience. Surely not coming back here anytime soon.
Went here for vaccination, and staff really do not understand how to plan and manage the crowd. There is no ventilation, and they were making people stand in queue next to each other and after the vaccination since there just isn’t enough space. Beyond this, they asked me to open my mask because they wanted to take a picture of my face for verification. I don’t know legit it since such verification was not done for many of my friends and family who have taken vaccines in other private centres. This is dangerous, and they barely recognise it. I protested but they left me no option.
Worst experience. I have given swab for testing 3 days before still not received the report. If you call tenet center Bangalore no one will pick the call and the contact number what you receive in whatsapp is centralized number, they do not have option for redirecting call to Bangalore center. One interesting point here is Bangalore tenet center do not pick the call if Hyderabad center employee calls. Receptionist is worst he just only to take the amount for report. Do not come to this diagnostic center for ambience. Service is worst.
Visited for a corporate health check up for self and spouse. There is utter confusion and lack of coordination among the staff. They will make you runaround from one department to other. On top of this tests could not be completed despite spending half day in their premises. Some of the services like gynaecology run under different management so they do not have any control. Although you schedule the appointment and visit they never honour the time. Totally unprofessional people and never recommend anyone to visit this place.
My father was due for a spine surgery. Got tested for covid on 28 April 2021as per doctor advice.on 29 April 21 received a covid negative report from tenet diagnostics and based on the report surgery went ahead .2days after surgery got a call from bbmp bangalore that my father is covid positive as per report sent by tenet diagnostics to the government. On 14 may I lost my father due to covid.i quarantined myself and on 23 may 21 went and inquired at tenet jayanagar branch for the difference in lab and govt report for the same srf id. The back office records showed "covid positive" for the srf id.due to human error my father Received negative report from tenet diagnostics jayanagar bangalore. ????????????????.if we had received the correct positive report from the lab the surgery wouldn't have gone ahead and my father would have been with me today.????????????????????
