Just I visited this hospital. Very good at response. The management is taking care every minute issue. One manager by name Krishna is very courteous towards patients. All the best for your future development.
Nurses don't even wear proper masks, No gloves while covid testing. Testing is not done properly. Very incompetent nurses. Doctor never seen in the vicinity. No one picks up the phone. They have zero patience.

Visited Ramya Hospital for taking my 1st dose of vaccination. Hospital is very neat and hygienic. Service is very good and the staff are very experienced. I was trying online and interacted with Mr. Anirudh who was very kind enough and helped me in allowing a token and gave me advice to abstain from eating non veg and Alcohol for 48 hours.
