Recently my brother in law was admitted to care hospital for his treatment... We all were so satisfied with the service, cooperation of all the doctors, nurses and others who are associated with this hospital. The treatment went so good and there's one thing which makes me feel so good is that their all the doctors are very supportive. They treat all the patients as their own family members. I have seen how all are very sincere with their job ... Very good service????????????????
CARE is always best known for its service beyond professionalism, staffs here gives a familiar feel which I never find in any other corporate hospital. Although I never got admitted but experience with outpatient division staffs are truly satisfactory. They gives some extra effort with the designated role. Keep it up team????????
Very bad hospitality provided here. Most of the staffs are very rude with patients and their attendants. When some people are visit for any health issues and need to wait for more than 5 to 6 hours then they have no choice apart from the inside canteen.. But the canteen management is worse. As they only give emphasis on there in house staff when hospital are for patients.. Staffs are their to give service by paying for it.. Management must focus on this how customer should treat in a better way... I dnt feel anyone is warrior here. The way staffs are making fun of patient it's disgusting. Spend a lot.. Will nvr visit her neither recommend anyone..business place in every way. Nothing else.
This hospital taking money in name of online booking but there is no option for cancellation online. Even after calling their customer care 20 times no one has know nothing about clear cut method for refund. Harassing by transferring call one to another. Worst experience with care Thanks to care hospital for resolving the issue. Though it is late but resolved.
5 star for Doctors and Nurses. But only giving 1 star for the partial Security Guards. If there is a rule than it should be applied for all the people. But they are just doing partiality with the people. If there is a rule that only one person is allowed at a time, then why arey they allowing 4 - 3 persons at a time ?? They are just stopping us but and saying only 1 person at a time. Plus a female security guard misbehaved with my uncle and called him liar. Is this the way you behave with the patients and their family members.
