Overall experience was good. Room were very well maintained. I regularly received calls from doctors regarding health condition of my patient.Doctors cleared all queries very politely. Behavior of nursing staff as well as supporting staff was very nice. Dietician was is constant touch and was modifying the diet as per patients health and taste requirement. Overall experience was nice.
My dad was hospitalize for Corona. We were worried as he is a heart patient too.Doctors were really humble and patient with him. They kept us informed about my dad's condition. How is he? What problems he was facing?... Everything with honesty. For us being at home and not able to visit him; Doctors made it very simple to know him through them.They kept us informed about food too. About what he is having...My dad loved the food the service the hospital provided him in this pandemic. A big thank you to Surana hospital and it's doctors and everybody who took care of him so well. He was diagnosed very well. And was discharged in 7 days fine???? we still need to take care if him as advised by Doctors. Thank you all so much.
We were so fortunate to get hospitalized in your hospital we got homely atmosphere, filling food, caring staff and entire services provided to us was excellent. Have never seen such a clean hospital where dusting and hygienic in each rooms has been personally monitored. Great thanks to the Doctors and to all the Staff of the hospital. They really are worth praising. Thanks once again.
My father in law was admitted in this hospital .the whole staff took great care of him . special thanks to Dr Samir and Dr bhakti and also the dietician Manjiree all of them used to call us daily and enquire about his health .they gave him a proper diet and also was there with him in each of his move .They used to answer our queries and questions,that way we could get to know about the health of our patient .whole staff of the hospital is very patient and kind .proper medication was provided by them in. Once again a very big thank uh for your patience and kindness in treating my father in law. God dwells them and keep them safe and give the whole staff the power to fight through this pandamic
Both my parents were admitted at Surana Sethia. My dad's situation was a little critical. They were both looked after really well and I thank the hospital and staff for the same. The only reason why I've given a 4 star rating and not 5 is because during discharge, there has to be somebody who comes to the ground floor along with the patient to explain and discuss the future course of medication with a family member which wasn't done.
