Prakasam Barrage with the night view is the best and one can have a peaceful time there with family and friends. We used to come here at night from eluru(65km approx from here) just to see this and get relaxed.... Lighting and all stuff make it even more exciting and by adding the sound we hear when water is released through gates 😌
Standing on a whopping 160 pillars and offering an astounding view of the holy River Krishna, the Prakasam Barrage does a lot more than just looking majestic. This bridge connects the Kolkata-Chennai highway and facilitates the irrigation of over 1.2 acres of farm land. The entire bridge is lit up with soft yellow lights and is an amazing sight to witness.
Good place for time pass, You will enjoy here. If huge public gathered then you will feel disturb.
