To be very honest, I was quite satisfied, the work environment is good, but there was no place to cover your head during rain, it's all open actually. Also we are aware about the reluctancy and slowness of govt offices across India, this can be seen here tooπ .
Very poor service after 3 months not issued a domicile certificate. Only online service on advertisement but no work without offline.
Queue is managed by guards. Online appointment time is of not any use. Go with proper documents.
They dont really follow the online appointment system. Even if you book your appointments well in advance, you still have to stand in the queue and get your file numbered. My file was numbered 10, the office opened at 10AM and it took almost 3 hours for my number. I know for sure, I saw people with file number 36. I dont know if they were able to get their work done. If you are booking, be their by 9AM and stand in a queue, don't argue with the guys at the gate, they won't let you in.
Usual government offices but marginally cleaner and better serviced. The point is, the job for which I had gone was accomplished. So that was appreciable.
