The phone service is pathetic, I have called more than 50times and nobody bothered to answer. UPS received my parcel in Dec’20 and without even reaching out to me, UPS released a final notice on my name for not collecting the package in Feb’21 and finally when I am able to have some contact with them, UPS asked me to pay charges for not collecting my parcel along with the warehouses charges. Also when I asked to provide justification why I should pay the charges when I am not a defaulter, UPS least bothered to respond and as of today I didn’t get my parcel.
Do not waste your time with this company go to federal express DHL or other competitors very bad company employees do not care about customer service. The manger came out tried to scam us with lies. We proved to them by my wife’s research ( who is an attorney for 9 years and has expert knowledge of the law that a 10% duty is owned they wanted 100%. Plus more fees from greed. We are filing a FIR AGAINST this company.
Don't go to them they are fake it has 10 days almost we haven't receive parcel yet even they don't talk politily especially inquiry staff they just want to keep parcel themselves
It's provided good service and also track the it's services online also. It's not busy place.
Services were good. People are helpful over there.
