Vaccination experience was pretty good. Waited for an hour max but overall experience was smooth. There were sitting accomodations. The staff was polite and explained in detail. The entire vaccination process was very easy and quick. Make sure to register yourself in Cowin before you go to avoid any time waste. Billing is also quick and you will get a detailed bill almost immediately.
Only efficient in collecting money.... Rest of it we must only take care... We have to keep waiting for the reports and they will tell 2 mins for 2hours and keep us waiting.... Very unapologetic and don't value others time
Came here for Covaxin vaccine and got my dose done by Nurse Ms.Anandhi. She was professional, Sweet, and ensured that the whole process went smooth. Highly recommend you all to visit this center & Hopefully experience the hospitality provided by the nursing staff here.
I went there for covid vaccination. The entry and wait area is really not expected such under rating experience. They should consider using this centre for vaccination. No one would like such waiting area experience. They use car parking as wait area which is conjusted and not recommended for elderly people to go there for vaccine.
Worst service. Got appointment for vaccine online. Slot booked 12 pm to 1 pm. 2 pm now and seems like it’ll take another 2 hours based on the token system followed. The worst part is that same token sequence is being followed for both walk-in and online registration. Hence no point in registering online. No proper response when enquired, no one managing the crowd to maintain social distancing. Just the brand name - APOLLO 👎🏽
